HrFlow.ai in Paris is seeking a Senior Content Manager to take full ownership of content strategy and production across website, blog, social channels, newsletters, podcasts, webinars, and whitepapers.

You will lead editorial direction, collaborate with marketing and external writers, and build a scalable content engine that educates, inspires, and positions HrFlow.ai as a thought leader in the HRTech space.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of B2B content marketing experience in HR.
• Strong editorial and storytelling skills: turn technical concepts into narratives.
• Excellent writing in French & English; multi-channel distribution experience.
• Experience managing content calendars, SEO, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven content optimization.
• Ability to balance strategy with hands-on execution.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute HRFlow.ai’s content strategy across channels (website, blog, social, newsletters, podcasts, webinars, whitepapers).
• Craft high-quality content assets that simplify AI/HRTech concepts for multiple audiences.
• Build and manage editorial calendar aligned with campaigns and product launches.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Partnerships to develop sales collateral and case studies.
• Coordinate with external writers to scale content production.
• Optimize content for SEO, distribution, and engagement across channels.
• Analyze performance metrics to refine content impact.
• Establish HrFlow.ai as a thought leader through compelling storytelling.
