Inverto | A BCG Company in Paris is seeking a senior SCM consultant to shape and deliver transformative supply chain programs across planning, S&OP, logistics, and network design.

You will lead client engagements, guide cross-functional teams, and build expertise within our Center of Excellence, working with top industry players and global markets.

Qualifications

• University degree with strong academic results (Bachelor’s, Master’s, MBA, or PhD).
• 8+ years of relevant professional experience in supply chain management.
• Background may include supply chain transformation, operations improvement, or leadership roles such as Operations Manager, Supply Chain Manager, or Head of Supply Chain.
• Expertise in at least one SCM domain such as S&OP, planning, logistics, inventory management, network design, resilience, digital supply chain, or end-to-end supply chain transformation.
• Strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel/PowerPoint, ability to structure and solve complex operational challenges.

How You'll Impact.

Transforming supply chains from strategy to implementation.

You’ll help clients solve complex supply chain challenges across planning, S&OP, logistics, inventory management, network design and resilience. Drawing on your expertise, you’ll develop and implement practical strategies that strengthen supply chain performance and create sustainable business value.

Diverse and engaging projects.

You’ll work on a broad range of projects across industries and geographies, supporting leading organizations in transforming their supply chains. As a trusted advisor, you’ll contribute to important initiatives while gaining exposure to both local and international markets.

Collaborative consulting.

You’ll manage diverse external and internal stakeholders and work closely with key contacts at our clients and BCG. You’ll guide transformation initiatives, lead executive presentations, and help clients translate recommendations into measurable results.

Cross-industry development.

Your expertise will contribute to internal knowledge development and thought leadership within our Supply Chain Management Center of Excellence. You’ll help shape methodologies, share best practices, and strengthen our capabilities across multiple SCM domains.

Leadership and growth.

You’ll take responsibility for driving project success while supporting the development of junior colleagues. By combining supply chain expertise, stakeholder management, and leadership, you’ll build trusted client relationships and help strengthen and grow our Supply Chain Management practice.

What You'll Bring.

University degree with strong academic results (Bachelor’s, Master’s, MBA, or PhD).

8+ years of relevant professional experience in supply chain management, gained through consulting and/or industry roles.

Your background may include supply chain transformation, operations improvement, or leadership positions such as Operations Manager, Supply Chain Manager, or Head of Supply Chain.

You bring expertise in at least one core SCM domain, such as S&OP, planning, logistics, inventory management, network design, supply chain resilience, digital supply chain, or end-to-end supply chain transformation.

You have demonstrated strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel/PowerPoint, the ability to structure and solve complex operational challenges, and a track record of delivering impactful results in demanding environments.

Business fluency in both French and English.
