iC Consult GmbH in France seeks a Senior IAM Consultant / Architect with hands-on Ping Identity experience. You will manage identity and access environments, implement SSO, MFA, and federation, and integrate applications via REST APIs.

The role supports hybrid/on-site options and remote work across France, collaborating with security and architecture teams to deliver scalable IAM solutions. Fluent FR/EN required with excellent communication skills.

Senior Consultant / Architect Ping Identity (m/f/d)

Join our team as a Senior IAM Consultant / Architect (m/f/d) specialized in Ping Identity . You can work remotely from anywhere in France. You’ll work on modern, business-critical IAM environments, at the heart of security and user experience challenges.

Your Responsibilities:

• Operation, administration, and continuous enhancement of Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems , with hands-on experience with one or several Ping Identity products , such as PingAM, PingIDM, PingDirectory (PingDS).
• Install, configure, and maintain Ping Identity components in on-premise or hybrid infrastructures.
• Design and implement a uthentication and authorization solutions (SSO, MFA, federation) using SAML, OAuth 2.0, and OIDC.
• Integrate applications and target systems using REST APIs , product-specific connectors, and automation scripts.
• Support identity lifecycle processes, directory services, schema extensions, access policies, and RBAC/ABAC models.
• Enhance self-service features, delegated administration, and workflow-based business processes.
• Collaborate with architecture, security, and application teams to deliver secure, scalable IAM solutions.

Your Experience:

• Several years of practical experience with either PingAM, PingIDM, or Ping Directory Service (PingDS).
• Strong understanding of authentication, authorization , and federation standards.
• Ability to navigate complex project environments and understand architectural and requirements-driven contexts.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, GitLab , and confidence using Microsoft Office.
• Fluent French and English language skills, other languages are a plus.
