Sygna is seeking an experienced Commissioning Manager to lead the execution and QA of commissioning activities on complex projects, from planning through handover. You will collaborate with contractors, engineers and clients to ensure high-quality outcomes that meet objectives and exceed expectations.

The role demands strategic thinking, strong leadership, and meticulous attention to safety, quality assurance and documentation across all project stages.

• Strategic Planning: develop commissioning playbooks and schedules tailored to each project.

• Resource Allocation: ensure adequate personnel, equipment and materials for activities.
• Quality Assurance: implement robust QA processes and verify tests and verifications.
• Risk Management: identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Health & Safety Compliance: follow H&S systems and maintain records.
• Client Communication: update lead commissioning manager on progress and issues.
• Technical Expertise: troubleshoot issues and optimize system performance.
• Documentation and Reporting: maintain comprehensive project documentation.
