Jobtailor seeks an experienced CMC Program Manager to lead cross-functional subteams and execute asset strategies in pharma development.

You will partner with the CMC Lead and Asset Team to develop strategic roadmaps, create integrated project plans, and ensure interdependencies are captured across programs.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years in Pharmaceutical/Biotech industry with drug development exposure.
• Understanding of drug development business processes and CMC development.
• Experience leading cross-functional drug development operations.
• Strong ability to drive meetings, facilitate communication, and manage stakeholders.
• Ability to build relationships across departments and manage project budgets.
• Proficiency with MS Office tools including MS Project.

Requirements

• 8-10+ years of experience in the Pharmaceutical / Biotech industry
• Understanding of drug development business processes
• Experience working within CMC development of manufacturing and pharmaceutical formulations
• Demonstrated experience in leading operations in cross-functional drug development teams
• Strong experience in facilitating/driving project team meetings and cross-functional communication
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with various departments
• Networking and stakeholder management skills
• Knowledge in early phase development, late phase, phase III, filing and launch phases is beneficial
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Financial acumen to develop/manage project budgets
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project
