Job summary

DiliTrust is seeking a Security Operations Engineer to safeguard its SaaS platform, cloud infrastructure and production environments. The role is part of an Infrastructure & Security team that spans Europe, North America and EMA, and collaborates with DevOps, development and product teams to embed security into architectures and delivery processes.

You will monitor security, respond to incidents, manage vulnerabilities, perform hardening, and drive automation and IaC.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in Security Operations or related field.
• Practical experience in monitoring, incident response, vulnerability management, hardening.
• Strong automation enthusiasm and a DevOps mindset.
• Excellent written and spoken English; able to communicate with international teams.
• Able to design secure architectures and participate in security tests.

Responsibilities

• Monitor security of networks, cloud, systems, apps and endpoints.
• Administer and continuously improve CNAPP, SIEM, EDR, bastion, ZTNA, PKI, and WAF tools.
• Evolve detection mechanisms and threat-detection scenarios.
• Investigate alerts, support incident handling, root-cause analysis and post-incident reviews.
• Implement hardening measures and remediation for identified vulnerabilities.
• Validate security aspects of IT architectures and projects.
• Participate in security audits and penetration tests; contribute to remediation.
• Test products and run technical validations in prototype environments before production.
• Automate deployments and security operations using IaC and scripting.
• Create and maintain security procedures, playbooks, and standards.
• Define and deliver the team's security roadmap with Hiring Manager.
