Teciem is seeking a Senior Cloud Native Engineer to join the Kondor modernization and cloud enablement team. You will work on cloud-native solutions, automation, and security, collaborating with developers to enhance observability and reliability across the platform.

The role emphasizes hands-on implementation, documentation, and mentoring of teams as they migrate to cloud-native architectures, with a focus on scalable, secure infrastructure and efficient DevOps practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven experience as a Cloud Native Engineer or similar role in cloud‑native application development and platform engineering.
• Experience in Docker for containerization and application deployment.
• Knowledge of GitOps practices and hands‑on experience with ArgoCD for continuous deployment and application lifecycle management.

Responsabilités

• Develop, deploy, and maintain Cloud Native Solutions on Azure/AWS using Docker, Helm and Kubernetes.
• Implement automation tools and CI/CD pipelines.
• Design and maintain cloud infrastructure using Terraform with version control.
• Deploy and operate Istio service mesh for traffic management and observability.
• Enforce Kubernetes security policies and governance using Kyverno across clusters.
• Build internal developer platform to accelerate cloud adoption and improve developer experience.
• Apply GitOps principles and implement ArgoCD for automated deployments.
• Collaborate to improve engineering tools, systems, and data security.
• Troubleshoot incidents and optimize computing architecture.
