Jobtailor in Guyancourt, Île-de-France, is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to design and operate hybrid cloud architectures, SDN, and container platforms. The role emphasizes VMware VCF/NSX, Linux administration, Kubernetes, and Terraform-based pipelines.

You will conduct impact studies, write Technical Architecture Documents, manage incident resolution, and collaborate with specialized teams in a global, service-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree (or engineering degree) in Computer Science, Cloud, or Infrastructure.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in engineering critical and hybrid infrastructures.
• Proven expertise with VMware solutions (VCF/NSX).
• Advanced Linux administration.
• Experience with the Kubernetes ecosystem.
• Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform).
• Strong knowledge of AWS connectivity (Direct Connect, VPN).
• Professional working proficiency in English.
• Methodological rigor (ITIL).

Responsabilités

• Design target architectures (SDN, Cloud, and Containers).
• Perform impact studies and conduct Proofs of Concept (POC).
• Write Technical Architecture Documents (TAD).
• Oversee operational maintenance of the VMware VCF/NSX stack.
• Perform security hardening of Linux systems and Kubernetes clusters.
• Design and maintain reusable Terraform modules.
• Optimize the lifecycle of containerized workloads.
• Industrialize deployment pipelines.
• Resolve complex incidents (Level 2/Level 3) in compliance with SLAs.
• Collaborate with specialized teams.
