Job summary

Thermo Fisher Scientific in France is seeking a Senior Clinical Team Manager to lead the Hematology/Oncology CTM team. You will oversee clinical deliverables, data quality, and timelines in line with study contracts, collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize trial performance.

Ideal candidates bring regional/global CTM experience in cancer therapies, strong leadership, budgeting, and regulatory knowledge. The role involves domestic and international travel and office-based work.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal qualification.
5+ years of relevant experience in clinical trials or CTMs.
Equivalency accepted in some cases per job requirements.

Responsibilities

Manage clinical operational and quality aspects of allocated studies per ICH GCP.
Develop clinical tools and MAP; ensure Master Trial File content; assist CRF design.
Collaborate with clinical team and other departments; lead team meetings; ensure timelines and quality.
Monitor timelines and metrics; provide status updates; manage CRF collection and query resolution.
Coordinate start-up activities and regulatory submissions; ensure essential document quality.
Forecast, allocate resources, and manage clinical resources and budgets.
