Magellan, a global Management and Technology Consulting Group, seeks a Senior Change AI Consultant in Paris to drive strategic transformations within our Augmented Change Factory. You will mobilise frameworks, toolkits and AI change agents to deliver end-to-end change programs.

The role requires a Bac+5 Master’s degree and 3–5 years of experience in change management, with strong writing and communication skills and a passion for AI and innovation.

Responsabilités

• Support strategic transformations within Magellan's Augmented Change Factory using frameworks, toolkits and AI agents.
• Conduct comprehensive scoping: impact studies, personas, use cases, mappings, trajectories.
• Design and oversee end-to-end support strategies for clients.
• Build communication plans, learning paths and adoption tools.
• Facilitate co-design workshops for products, processes and journeys.
• Deploy field actions, governance and reporting.
• Use and evolve industrialised assets and AI change agents.
• Contribute to pre-sales: strategic briefs, costing and methodology.
• Mentor consultants through a mentor/buddy role.
• Contribute to Change Factory R&D and knowledge capitalisation.
