At Danfoss Climate Solutions, we engineer energy‑efficient heating and cooling solutions to help the world get more out of less. Our Heat Exchanger Division offers a wide range of products including Micro Channel, Brazed, Gasketed and Semi‑Welded Heat Exchanger.

We are looking for a Sales Driver to define and execute sales strategies for our Brazed Plate Heat Exchanger range in Europe. If you want to join a dynamic and fast‑growing organization, this is the right time.

We would prefer someone located close to one of our main hubs: Reyrieux, France – Nordborg, Denmark, or potentially Germany or Italy. We can be flexible for the right person.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Collaborate with global and regional sales teams to develop and execute sales‑related activities in Heating and Cooling segments including large Heat Pump and Chiller OEM, District Energy, Food Retail and Datacenter.
  • Define sales strategy and priorities with the Product Line, ensuring sales regional teams receive correct insight and focus.
  • Build and follow up a pipeline comprising new business to existing customers within designated regions.
  • Support sales regional teams to negotiate contracts and close new agreements with existing customers.
  • Assist regional teams in pricing, and provide feedback to build a reliable Forecast and Demand Plan.
  • Stay up to speed with relevant technologies, competitors, and market conditions; share information for product launches.
  • Update the regional sales team and partner network on new products and features.
  • Other duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (technical or commercial education accepted).
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience, ideally in the Heat Exchanger area.
  • Experience in the HVAC industry required.
  • Passionate about heat exchanger topics and able to explain key benefits and value propositions of Brazed Plate Heat Exchangers.
  • Self‑motivated with excellent collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work with multiple cultures.
  • Ability to view problems from different perspectives and find customer‑centric solutions.
  • Inspired by personal interactions with customers and colleagues.
  • Enjoys being part of a global organization and working with virtual teams across Europe.
  • Travel estimated up to 30%.
