Jobtailor in Nantes seeks a senior Business Analyst to drive early project scoping, translate business needs into functional specifications, and lead functional acceptance testing. You will facilitate workshops, coordinate with developers and service providers, and support deployment with training materials and documentation.

You will also track milestones, contribute to pre-sales activities, and help improve methodologies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Technical background enabling effective communication with development teams.
• Ability to analyze architectural constraints.
• Understanding of system integration challenges.
• Experience in an Agile environment is a plus.
• Experience with ERP systems or tools such as JIRA and Confluence is a plus.
• Knowledge of query languages is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Scope and lead projects in early stages: opportunity assessments, feasibility studies, solution architecture, benchmarking.
• Translate business needs into clear functional specifications.
• Facilitate design workshops from process modeling to creating functional design specifications.
• Manage functional acceptance testing: define test strategies, design test scenarios, execute tests, analyze results.
• Support deployment and change management via training materials and documentation.
• Track milestones, coordinate stakeholders (development teams and suppliers), and produce status reports.
• Participate in pre-sales activities.
• Leverage project experience to improve Open's methodologies and tools.
• Become a subject-matter expert in a business, functional, or technical domain.
