Job summary

Senior Business Analyst sought for an international insurtech environment. You will bridge business needs and technical solutions, modernizing motor claims management, working with insurers, manufacturers, and fleet operators to deliver integrated digital solutions.

You will own the requirements lifecycle end-to-end, from discovery to acceptance, collaborating with stakeholders and international development teams.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as BA or Requirements Engineer.
• Experience in motor claims or insurance operations.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into actionable requirements.
• Strong BPMN modeling and documentation skills.
• Proficient in Jira and Confluence for requirements management.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops with customers and business units.
• Define scope and translate business needs into product requirements.
• Model processes using BPMN 2.0 and manage epics and user stories.
• Ensure requirements traceability from discovery to acceptance.
• Support testing and stakeholder acceptance.
• Coordinate with international development teams in English and German.
• Prioritize backlogs and participate in agile planning.
