Deloitte University Europe Middle East & Africa in Paris is seeking a Building Technical Manager to oversee all technical aspects of the DU EMEA facility, ensuring safety, regulatory compliance and long-term value. You will manage preventive and regulatory maintenance, supervise service providers, control budgets and report to stakeholders, with a focus on energy performance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional work experience in technical operations including managing service providers.
• Hospitality experience preferred.
• Solid knowledge of multi-technical operations and maintenance (HVAC, high/low voltage, plumbing, elevators, Fire Safety Systems).
• Mastery of fire safety regulations and ERP operations.
• Experience in budget planning and monitoring (CAPEX/OPEX).
• Good understanding of maintenance management software (GMAO).

Responsabilités

• Plan and trace preventive, corrective, and regulatory maintenance.
• Oversee building technical operations (HVAC, power distribution, fire safety, lifts).
• Maintain technical documentation and as-built files.
• Manage incidents and emergencies.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and safety.
• Supervise service providers and monitor KPIs / SLAs.
• Support CAPEX projects and OPEX budgeting.
• Provide reporting to stakeholders.
