THE WORK
  • Lead digital brand solutions end-to-end, turning strategy into polished web and interactive experiences.
  • Design small-scale client-facing digital projects (landing pages, micro-sites, demo flows) that communicate a clear story.
  • Collaborate with design directors, project managers, and clients, incorporating feedback while staying aligned with overall strategy.
  • Manage multiple small projects simultaneously, navigating fast-moving sprints and iterative workflows.
  • Apply brand strategy and visual guidelines to produce consistent, high-quality outputs.
  • Occasionally create light motion or animation elements to enhance digital storytelling.
NEEDED EXPERTISE
  • 5+ years of experience in digital solutions (digital/interactive brand work) rather than traditional logo-heavy brand work.
  • Proficient in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent tools for interactive and web design.
  • Comfortable context-switching across several projects while maintaining high standards.
  • Able to take ownership of projects independently, while collaborating effectively with leadership and clients.
  • Bonus points if you’ve tinkered with motion graphics, branding, or social media content.
  • Strong visual problem‑solving and narrative skills, producing modern, polished, and engaging digital experiences.
  • Experience in lean, fast-moving, tech-driven agency environments preferred.
