Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Evaluates clients and recommends proper level of behavioral health treatment.
• Interviews clients to assess needs related to education, employment, and mental health to determine problems.
• Provides advanced clinical services through individual, family, and group counseling to a complex caseload.
• Prepares person-centered plans based on recommended levels of care.
• Provides written and verbal documentation to other agencies.
• Assists clinic manager in designing and implementing programs addressing community needs.
