MeBe is seeking a Senior BCBA to serve as a clinical leader across our Learning Centers. You’ll review programs, support BCBAs, and mentor junior staff while ensuring high-quality clinical care.

You'll supervise case loads, participate in leadership development, and help shape robust behavioral programs for children with autism, with a focus on teamwork, growth, and compassionate service.

Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst in good standing with the BACB.
• External applicants: minimum 3 years post-certification as Clinical Supervisor/BCBA.
• Internal applicants: minimum 1 year post-certification as Clinical Supervisor/BCBA.
• Outstanding interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Able to pass a background check.

Responsabilités

• Meet weekly billable requirements.
• Work onsite 4 days per week.
• Conduct initial assessments and FBAs.
• Maintain own 2-tiered client caseload.
• Support team to meet clinical metrics.
• Lead monthly leadership development trainings and assist Site Director.
