Powerback Pediatrics seeks an in-home Pediatric BCBA to oversee clinical care, supervise Behavior Technicians and train parents, with a very part-time start. The role focuses on delivering assessments, behavior plans, and ensuring compliance while expanding in-home services and telehealth options.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA or related field required.
• BCBA certification required or mid-level requirements met.
• BACB 8-hour supervision course completed or willingness to complete within 60 days.
• 1+ year experience with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.

Responsabilités

• Oversees clinical delivery by Behavior Technicians.
• Performs initial and 6-month assessments and develops plans aligned with client goals.
• Provides supervision of Behavior Treatment Modification on a 10% ratio to Technician services.
• Delivers Parent Training for at least 1 hour per month.
• Develops child-specific Behavior Treatment plans.
• Ensures licensure and compliance for staff and self.
• Submits documentation timely to capture services and meet payer requirements.
• Reviews Technician documentation for accuracy and quality of service records.
• Coaches Technicians on clinical duties and improvements.
• Monitors hours usage as prescribed.
• Position may involve in-home and telehealth delivery.
