Leonar in Paris or Bordeaux seeks a Senior Backend Developer to join our Tech team. You will collaborate with the Head of Software to scale our systems and accelerate product development, owning critical backend modules and driving architectural improvements.

The role involves hands-on architecture work, high-impact feature delivery, and close cooperation with other engineers to ensure reliability and performance as we scale to tens of thousands of trips per day and real-time messages per second.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in software development, ideally in R&D environments or product-driven teams.
• Strong Python background; Node.js or Go knowledge is a plus.
• Problem-solving mindset with ownership and impact on users and product.

• Maintain and improve backend services and infrastructure.
