Tsuga is seeking a Senior Backend Engineer to join the Paris‑based central team. You’ll own backend features across NodeJS/Rust stacks, collaborate with data science, and help drive AI‑driven data retrieval. Hybrid work in Paris with a fast‑moving startup culture and strong equity upside.

You’ll work with a compact team of four senior engineers reporting to Louis, shipping frequently to prod and shaping product with customer insights.

Qualifications

• 3+ years building software in early‑stage or high‑growth environments.
• Exposure to distributed systems or the observability industry.

Responsabilités

• Build critical features end‑to‑end to solve real customer problems.
• Own the platform across the full stack and tooling.
• Push the AI frontier by enabling data retrieval via APIs and autonomous incident troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with Product, Frontend, and Storage teams across cross‑functional task forces.
