Job summary

NXP Semiconductors is seeking a System and Software Architect to contribute to the CoreRide platform architecture in the Automotive System and Platform Architecture group. You will work on architecture trade-offs, prototyping, and collaboration with engineering teams to deliver robust system solutions for centralized or zonal architectures.

Qualifications

• Experience in system and software architecture definition and development.
• Knowledge of vehicle functions and software platforms across drivers to middleware.
• Strong communication and influencing skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Use architecture systems and software engineering tools to understand trade-offs for architecture decisions.
• Prototype and analyze partitioning and KPIs (power and performance) across archetypes.
• Collaborate with Architecture teams on exploration, analysis and execution.
• Define system and software architecture solutions for CoreRide platforms (Central or Zonal).
• Deliver architecture specifications and support execution teams for fast convergence.
