Job summary

Mileway, Europe’s leading owner and manager of last-mile logistics real estate, seeks an experienced Asset Manager for the Paris Team to drive asset management strategy and lease optimization.

You will manage lettings, renewals, CAPEX and market insights, building strong relationships with occupiers and consultants while reporting to the Senior Asset Manager as the portfolio grows across France.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of asset management experience, preferably in logistics.
• Deep knowledge of last-mile real estate, tenants, and market dynamics.
• Strong financial acumen with ability to validate valuations and projections.

Responsibilities

• Implement a sustainable asset management strategy for existing and future assets.
• Manage lettings, renewals, rent reviews, and related capex.
• Underwrite asset management reports and approve commercial terms of leases.
• Drive CAPEX plans for each asset and track risk signals.
• Build and maintain relationships with occupiers and external consultants.
• Provide market insights and identify value-adding opportunities.
