Lazard Ltd is seeking a Senior Analyst/Associate to join our Infrastructure Team in Paris, focusing on Power & Utilities and Transport segments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building complex financial models, conducting valuation assessments, and managing client interactions.

Prior experience in the infrastructure sector and a strong educational background from a top Business or Engineering School are essential. Fluency in both French and English, along with strong skills in office software and corporate finance, is required.

Qualifications

• Graduated from a top Business or Engineering School.
• Prior experience in the infrastructure sector, either in Investment Banking or Investment Fund.
• Excellent command of office software, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Skills in corporate finance, including financial analysis and valuation.
• Knowledge of relevant databases and AI tools.
• Fluency in French and English.

We are seeking a Senior Analyst/Associate to join our Paris Infrastructure Team covering Power & Utilities and Transport segments.

We’ll trust you to:

• Build complex financial models
• Perform valuation assessment and run equity analyses
• Use information resources to perform sector research
• Prepare marketing materials with the support of seniors
• Actively participate to deal execution and manage client interactions in that respect

You’ll need to have:

• Graduated from a top Business or Engineering School
• Prior experience in the infrastructure sector (either in Investment Banking or Investment Fund)
• Excellent command of office software (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Skills in corporate finance (financial analysis, valuation, financial modelling)
• Knowledge of databases (Mergermarket, Inframation, FactSet, Bloomberg) and AI tools
• You are fluent in French and English
