Job summary

Qualifications

• Four-year degree or equivalent experience in a technical field.
• 5+ years in deployment, support, and validation of storage products.
• Expertise in SDS/NFS/S3/NVMeoF/Lustre/GPFS and RMDA.
• Experience with storage benchmarking tools (FIO, IO500, IOR, HPL, NCCL).
• Linux administration, performance logging/optimization and routing.
• Scripting with Bash, Python or Ansible for automation.
• Strong interpersonal skills and customer-focused resolutions.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% for customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, manage, and validate High-Performance Storage infrastructure in AI Factory Linux environments.
• Be the domain expert with customers during planning calls through implementation.
• Handover documentation and perform knowledge transfers to support customers.
• Provide feedback to internal teams, open bugs, document workarounds, and suggest improvements.
