Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher and 8+ years in software engineering.
• Experience across Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, React, REST APIs, SQL.
• Certifications such as CSD/CSM/CSDP/CSSLP/AWS/Azure Developer/CSTP

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements management, software engineering, testing, and acceptance testing.
• Define and adopt new models, methods, and tools across programs.
• Coach teams and own high-value services or products.
• Draft and maintain software support processes and documentation.
• Plan and lead testing criteria, user experience design, and QA activities.
• Oversee supplier relationships, RFP/RFIs, and contract terms.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to staff.
