ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you'll take on complex challenges that will stretch your abilities and creativity:Choose and orchestrate the right models to process and analyze multimodal dataDesign and implement cutting-edge RAG techniques to efficiently handle large medical documents and patient historiesBuild agentic systems to revolutionize key aspects of drug development such as patient recruitment or site selectionWork closely with cross-functional teams (software engineers, product managers, data engineers) to seamlessly integrate AI into our platformImplement robust and scalable pipelines that meet production-grade engineering standardsHere are some examples of projects you might work on:Our prescreening tool: an app relying on the latest reasoning models and visual RAG to accelerate patient recruitment. It's already being used across hundreds of clinical sites to assess patient eligibility at scale.
