DiliTrust is seeking a Software / Product Engineer to join a squad focused on the Lini AI engine. You will help build, scale, and secure AI features across the SaaS suite, owning features end-to-end from spec to deployment.

You will work at the intersection of AI, product, and engineering, emphasizing clean code, design-driven thinking, and robust verification with strong emphasis on security and performance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience in production.
• Experience building and operating B2B SaaS platforms.
• Ownership of features across their full lifecycle — design, delivery, iteration, maintenance.

Responsabilités

• Write specifications as durable assets with executable acceptance criteria and non-functional requirements.
• Freeze contracts before fan-out with API schemas and module boundaries.
• Pilot coding agents with bounded context and traceability.
• Keep producer and verifier roles separate and ensure adversarial review.
• Design for blast radius with logs, metrics, and progressive delivery.
