Air Liquide Digital & IT seeks a Staff Engineer to architect the future of AI across the organization. You will drive strategic technical roadmaps, design robust AI platforms, and mentor engineers in cross-functional squads.

You will lead governance, data & knowledge management initiatives, ensure scalable architectures, and push for compliant, production-grade solutions across value streams such as Customer Care and Global Business Services (GBS).

Qualifications

• Demonstrated at least 8 years in system and solution design and architecture.
• Mastery of SDLC and scalable architectures.
• Expertise in Data & Knowledge Management frameworks (Structured, Unstructured, Semantic, Knowledge Graphs).
• Advanced proficiency in architectural governance and ADR practices.
• Experience scaling, deploying, and maintaining production-grade AI architectures.
• Strong knowledge of a wide range of Cloud and integration solutions.

Responsabilités

• Architect future AI strategies and roadmaps across the organization.
• Lead cross-functional teams to design and implement high-impact AI solutions.
• Provide technical guidance as a member of the architecture committee (Local TADA).
• Mentor engineers and promote knowledge sharing across teams and communities.
• Define long-term technical strategies aligned with Air Liquide’s Data & AI strategy.
• Drive governance for Data, Knowledge Management, and ADRs to ensure alignment.
• Advance AI algorithms and computational technologies while managing technical debt.
