Jobtailor in Bourgogne-Franche-Comté, Chalon-sur-Saône, is seeking an experienced accounting professional to manage a diverse client portfolio and handle end-to-end accounting tasks.

You will process digitized documents, review pre-allocations, perform data entry and reconciliation, and prepare VAT returns, tax packages, and balance sheets, while leveraging PENNYLANE and standard software. A proactive, organized team player is essential.

Qualifications

• Two-year post-secondary qualification (Bac+2) or DCG.
• At least 5 years' experience in a similar accounting role.
• Strong knowledge of general accounting.
• Good command of office and accounting software.
• Methodical, organized and collaborative team player.
• Proactive with constructive proposals and digital tools.
• Knowledge of PENNYLANE is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Take charge of a client portfolio comprising micro-businesses, SMEs, artisans, retailers and self-employed professionals.
• Process digitized accounting documents.
• Review automatic accounting pre-allocations.
• Data entry and account reconciliation (matching).
• Prepare tax returns and VAT filings.
• Conduct account reviews.
• Prepare balance sheets and tax return packages (liasses fiscales).
