Job summary

Electronic Arts is seeking a Senior Accountant II to join our Controllership team in Lyon, hybrid work, three days onsite. You will oversee the end-to-end close for multiple entities, ensure US GAAP and local statutory reporting, and support SOX controls and regulatory obligations across Europe.

You will partner with Tax, Treasury, and Shared Services to optimize reporting, drive process improvements, and deliver clear risk assessments to senior leadership in a multicultural environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive experience in audit, accounting, or controllership in a multinational context.
• Experience preparing US GAAP and local statutory financial statements for multiple entities.
• Experience with SOX compliance and cross-border regulatory obligations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end close process for assigned legal entities with accurate US GAAP and local reporting.
• Maintain internal control environment and support statutory, tax, and regulatory obligations across jurisdictions.
• Partner with Tax, Treasury, Transfer Pricing, Shared Services, and advisors to resolve accounting and compliance matters.
• Lead automation and standardization projects to improve finance processes and report to senior leadership.
