Electronic Arts seeks a Senior Accountant to join its Controllership team, supporting multiple international entities across Europe and beyond. You will oversee the close process, ensure US GAAP compliance, and maintain strong internal controls while partnering with Tax, Treasury, and Shared Services to resolve complex accounting issues.

The role emphasizes automation, data-driven insights, and collaboration across finance, business, and audit in a multicultural environment.

Qualifications

3+ years of progressive experience in audit, accounting, or controllership within a multinational organization.
Experience preparing US GAAP and local statutory financial statements for multiple legal entities, including tax/regulatory compliance.
Experience using Oracle and Power BI, with interest in AI-enabled tools to improve reporting and business processes.

Responsabilités

Oversee the end-to-end close process for assigned legal entities, ensuring accurate US GAAP and local statutory reporting.
Maintain an internal control environment, including SOX compliance, and support statutory, tax, and regulatory obligations across jurisdictions.
Partner with Tax, Treasury, Transfer Pricing, Shared Services, and advisors to resolve accounting, reporting and compliance matters for European operations.
Guide automation and standardization projects, improving finance processes and communicating clear recommendations and risk assessments to senior leadership.
