Jobgether announces a Senior Accountant opportunity on behalf of a partner company in France. The role focuses on month-end close, multi-entity reporting, and crypto-related accounting using AI-powered tools.

With a remote-first global setup, you will collaborate with treasury and finance leadership to ensure accuracy, compliance, and audit readiness across jurisdictions. You will leverage NetSuite, AI platforms, and automation to streamline processes, while driving improvements and scalability

Qualifications

• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience with strong knowledge of US GAAP.
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite and high-volume reconciliations.
• Experience using AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or similar in daily accounting.
• Examples of using AI to shorten close cycles, improve reconciliation accuracy, or replace manual review.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills; ability to work independently.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, especially Google Sheets.
• High learning agility and ability to adopt new systems and workflows.
• Experience supporting external audits is preferred.
• Experience with crypto subledger tools and digital asset accounting systems is preferred.
• Experience building lightweight automations or AI-powered workflows (Python scripts, n8n, or prompts) is a plus.
• Strong ownership mindset and hands-on attitude in a fast-changing environment.

Responsabilités

• Own and execute core month-end close activities across multiple entities, including journal entries, accruals, prepaid schedules, and intercompany reconciliations.
• Perform bank account and digital asset wallet reconciliations with AI-assisted tools.
• Manage crypto subledger reconciliations between NetSuite and digital asset systems, including rollforward schedules.
• Conduct entity-level financial statement flux analysis and prepare variance reporting for subsidiaries.
• Support the preparation of US GAAP financial statements and related footnotes across jurisdictions.
• Maintain audit-ready workpapers and support external audit cycles.
• Partner with Treasury on daily cash and digital asset liquidity monitoring.
• Execute crypto-to-fiat conversions and transfers with banking partners and wallets.
• Strengthen accounting controls and develop AI-assisted workflows for automation.
• Remediate historical financial data and improve scalability of global accounting operations.
