An innovative AI startup in Paris is seeking a Senior Account Manager to drive revenue growth by managing key HR Tech accounts and navigating complex sales cycles. Ideal candidates have over 5 years in B2B sales, experience in account management within HR technology, and strong negotiation skills. After two years of intense AI research and development at Ecole Normale Supérieure and Ecole Centrale Paris, HrFlow.ai was founded in June 2016 to solve the labor market and employment challenges at scale using the latest innovations in AI.

We are looking for a driven Senior Account Manager to help accelerate our revenue growth by owning and expanding a portfolio of key accounts in the HR Tech segment. With your experience in HR tech, you’ll connect deeply with enterprise clients, navigating complex sales cycles and delivering tailored solutions that address their needs.
You will be the face and voice of our industry-leading technology as you engage innovative HrTech companies (ATS, Jobboard, etc), that are actively looking for solutions to help them provide Enterprise-Ready AI for their clients with a quicker Time-to-value.
Your role will be pivotal in establishing long‑term client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and contributing to our overall business strategy. We’re looking for the next business ‘go-getter’!
