🚀 Your Mission

We are looking for a driven Senior Account Executive to help accelerate our revenue growth by owning and expanding key accounts. You’ll take the lead in accelerating revenue growth, managing strategic accounts, and driving adoption of our AI‑powered HR solutions. With your experience in HR tech, you’ll connect deeply with enterprise clients, navigating complex sales cycles and delivering tailored solutions that address their needs.

You will be the face and voice of our industry‑leading technology as you engage innovative recruitment companies and large employers (Fortune1000, CAC40), that are actively looking for solutions to help them source and find the best candidates in a rapidly evolving job landscape.

Your role will be pivotal in establishing long‑term client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and contributing to our overall business strategy. We’re looking for the next business ‘go‑getter’!

👑 Responsibilities
  • Proactively source and engage new prospects and clients to drive product demonstrations (pilots)
  • Manage your B2B sales pipeline, follow up with leads, and build business momentum through meetings, product information, demos, and quotes in a timely fashion.
  • Create compelling proposals and manage service contracts for relevant prospects.
  • Lead contract negotiations to ensure beneficial outcomes maximized revenue.
  • Facilitate smooth handoffs of client needs to the Professional Services team.
  • Maintain CRM updates and help build business intelligence reports and dashboards.
  • Create professional presentations to communicate value propositions effectively.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure project success and onboarding.
🎯 About You - Must Have
  • 8+ years of proven success as an Account Executive in B2B sales.
  • 5+ years of experience in an HR focused business and position : recruitment, HR Tech, etc.
  • Excellent memory and capacity for synthesis.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills, with a proven ability to close high-value deals.
  • Strong written communication in English & French with clear, effective presentation of ideas.
  • Experience crafting professional, impactful presentations.
  • CRM Proficiency and deep knowledge of lifecycle management in HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Provide input on how to enhance further and streamline internal sales processes.
