Madbox in Paris is seeking a Senior 3D Marketing Artist to create high-quality 3D scenes, animations, and renders for UA video ads. You will build reusable Blender templates to scale production across titles and write clear documentation for the team.

You will develop automation scripts in Python and AE expressions, create simulations and shaders, and explore AI tools to accelerate asset creation and production. Fluency in English is required, and Unity knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in 3D production, tech art, or motion design with strong Blender focus.
• Strong Blender skills across modeling, animation, simulation, rendering, scripting.
• Adobe Suite proficiency: compositing, expressions, template creation.

Responsabilités

• Create high-quality 3D scenes, animations, and renders for UA video ads in Blender - end-to-end production
• Build and maintain reusable Blender templates for fast variation across game titles and document usage
• Develop automation scripts (Python, AE expressions) and pipeline tools to reduce manual steps
• Create simulation setups, particle effects, and procedural shaders for creative content
• Research and integrate AI tools for asset creation, content generation, and production acceleration
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for the broader creative team
