TotalEnergies is seeking an Experienced 3D/4D Seismic Processing Geophysicist to lead and supervise advanced processing projects within the Geophysics Imaging & Characterization group. You will collaborate with seismic acquisition, processing, imaging, and interpretation teams across international projects to deliver high-quality subsurface images.

The role requires a MSc/PhD in Geophysics or Physics with at least 10 years of experience in 3D/4D processing and imaging, and strong English

Qualifications

Master’s degree or PhD in Physics/Geophysics or equivalent

Responsabilités

Design scope of work with stakeholders and define project objectives
Create/update processing sequences with specialists and contractors
Perform hands-on 3D/4D signal processing & QC or seismic imaging on datasets
Supervise external seismic processing & imaging contractors and optimize quality, deadlines and costs
Manage multiple projects autonomously and concurrently
Contribute to tool evolution with R&D teams
Monitor technology evolution of contractor operations
Lead technical aspects of tender processes
Coordinate with acquisition, imaging and inversion teams to ensure data quality
Promote results internally and externally at all levels
Manage HPC resources for efficient throughput
Participate in Asset Team JV partner meetings and workshops
Mentor and train junior team members
