Job summary

Limagrain is seeking a Head of Regulatory Affairs - Seeds for a fixed-term 6-month contract in Chappes. The role involves defining and leading the group regulatory strategy for seed activities worldwide, and coordinating with public affairs, science leaders, and international bodies.

Travel to HQ in Saint-Beauzire required on a regular basis. Advanced degree in biology-related field and proven regulatory affairs experience in seeds are essential, with strong leadership and fluent French/English

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Biology, Plant Biology, Plant Genetics, or related discipline.
• Proven experience in Regulatory Affairs within the seed industry or closely related sector.
• Ability to analyze complex topics, develop a strategic vision, and influence a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Demonstrated leadership with ability to unite teams in multicultural environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the Group's regulatory strategy for seed activities worldwide.
• Anticipate regulatory developments and assess their impact on innovation, market access and competitiveness.
• Represent the Group within professional associations, institutions, and expert networks in France and internationally.
• Coordinate Limagrain representatives involved in industry expert groups and professional forums.
• Lead international regulatory monitoring activities and translate regulatory developments into strategic recommendations.
