Alan is hiring a Security Lead to lead a highly technical team operating across 10+ countries in a regulated health insurance environment. You will own the security program, define frameworks for AI-powered features, and ensure compliance with a dense regulatory stack.

The role requires coordinating with Legal, Risk, Engineering, Product, and Operations. You will shape Alan's security culture, align stakeholders early, and build a living program rather than a pure compliance exercise.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a security team with growth of people
• At least one ISO 27001 certification or end-to-end recertification led
• Strong understanding of the regulatory stack: DORA, HDS, RGPD, NIS2, PGSSI‑S
• Solid knowledge of AI security: LLM threats, agent risks, governance frameworks (OWASP LLM Top 10, MITRE ATLAS, EU AI Act)
• Full professional fluency in English; French is a plus
