Exyte GmbH is seeking a Security & Interfaces Package Owner to coordinate the implementation of site security systems and manage critical interfaces across disciplines, contractors, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

You will lead the delivery for a hyperscale data center, oversee physical security systems, and drive multidisciplinary coordination to ensure compliance with client standards and project requirements.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Security Technology, or related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in security systems delivery, interface management, construction management, or project management.
• Experience with mission-critical facilities or hyperscale data center projects.
• Strong understanding of physical security systems and multidisciplinary coordination.
• Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder environments.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Experience managing contractors and suppliers.
• Fluent English required.
• French language skills are an advantage.
• Willingness to work on-site in France.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Security & Interfaces Package delivery for a hyperscale data center project.
• Manage installation and implementation of physical security systems including access control, CCTV, perimeter protection, and intrusion detection systems.
• Coordinate package interfaces across all disciplines and stakeholders.
• Facilitate multidisciplinary coordination workshops and interface reviews.
• Ensure all security systems comply with project requirements and client standards.
• Track interface risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Manage subcontractors and specialist security vendors.
• Coordinate engineering, procurement, installation, testing, and commissioning activities.
• Monitor schedule, cost, quality, and safety performance.
• Ensure seamless integration between security, controls, electrical, and IT infrastructure.
• Support project reporting and stakeholder communication.
