Avalore is seeking a systems engineer to join a team focused on technical risk analysis of enterprise and operational mission systems, networks, devices, and applications across government initiatives. The role requires an active security clearance with an appropriate polygraph and experience building scalable back-end systems in Python and Neo4J.

Qualifications

• Experience designing, developing and maintaining scalable back-end systems with Python and Neo4J.
• Ability to mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and monitoring tools.
• Work in high-security environments with strict security protocols.
• Knowledge of graph algorithms and data structures.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain back-end systems using Python and Neo4J.
• Write efficient, scalable Python code following best practices.
• Manage and optimize Kubernetes clusters on AWS for high availability.
• Collaborate with a team to deliver software solutions.
• Participate in code reviews and troubleshoot complex issues.
