Jobtailor seeks a proactive Security and Facilities Manager for a Brittany location to oversee security for Castorama stores. You will coordinate with the Management Committee to protect people and property, manage building and electrical systems, and ensure regulatory reporting.

Responsibilities include budget monitoring, risk prevention programs, and staff training to raise safety awareness across teams. Strong experience in a similar role is required.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate the security approach defined by Castorama with the store's Management Committee.
• Ensure the safety and security of people and property in compliance with applicable regulations.
• Oversee the maintenance of buildings and electrical installations, as well as video surveillance systems.
• Prepare regulatory documents and manage the administrative follow-up and reporting related to security and maintenance.
• Contribute to the preparation and monitor the security and maintenance budget.
• Propose prevention and training programs to reduce accidents and associated costs.
• Raise employees’ awareness of and train them in risk prevention.
• Act as the point of contact for employees and local institutions (town hall, fire department, gendarmerie, CRAM).

Requirements
