Responsibilities

• Greet customers immediately upon entry with a smile and positive attitude.
• Create a strong first impression through energetic service and adherence to dress code.
• Maintain a sparkling clean, organized store environment following standards.
• Provide customers with current, relevant product information.
• Assist in fitting rooms, follow up with customers promptly, and keep cash wrap tidy.
• Offer Gift Cards and ensure accurate customer data is captured at the cash wrap.
• Sincerely thank customers as they exit the store.
• Satisfactorily complete all duties as assigned by management.
• Be punctual and adhere to the scheduled work hours.
• Work well in a team with peers and management to accomplish duties.
• Follow GUESS Policies and Procedures consistently.
• Perform housekeeping duties as required.
