SEA Specialist role
Context

Alan’s digital distribution, both for companies and individuals (freelancers, retirees, etc.), is experiencing strong growth (+45% annually). We are planning for even more impressive growth thanks to a strong brand and innovative distribution.

We are looking to scale our paid acquisition efforts by bringing in a dedicated expert to own and optimize one of our paid marketing channels.

Your mission
  • Own and optimize Search, Performance Max, YouTube, and Demand Gen campaigns across all markets where we operate (France, Belgium, Spain).
  • Manage > 1M in annual SEA budget, ensuring efficient spend and strong ROI across markets.
  • Test, iterate and scale holistic demand generation campaigns that align with Alan’s ambitious goals and marketing OKRs.
  • Collaborate with ad platform partners (Google, Microsoft, etc.) to stay at the forefront of paid trends.
  • Transform pieces of content into multiple high‑impact formats tailored to your channel.
  • Partner with our talented performance marketers to create our next top advertising campaign, powered by AI and live shooting at the office.
  • Partner within cross‑functional teams (Eng, Ops, Brand, Design
) to scale our campaigns.
  • Make full use of AI and automation to maximise operational efficiencies.
  • Contribute to define our strategy within the Paid Media team and work on international expansion: adapt and scale winning strategies across France, Belgium, Spain, and potentially new markets like Canada.
If you have some of the following, you may be a great fit
  • Minimum 3‑5+ years of experience in paid search or paid marketing.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Proficiency with Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Display, YouTube) / Bing.
  • Strong analytical and data‑driven approach.
  • Experience in campaign creation, optimization and budget management.
  • Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of projects.
  • Creative mindset with test‑and‑learn approach.
It is a big plus if you
  • Are able to work in French, Dutch or Spanish as a second language.
  • Have a first B2B experience.
  • Have some experience managing multi‑market, multi‑language campaigns.
