Harding+ is seeking an experienced Assistant Retail Manager to lead an international onboard team. You will coach staff, host events, and partner with premium brands to enhance guest experiences while delivering sales results.

• Experienced in a multi‑department or premium retail environment.
• Proven track record of motivating teams to achieve sales targets.
• Strong coaching, communication and people leadership skills.

• Create exceptional and memorable guest shopping experiences onboard.
• Drive sales and achieve departmental targets and profitability.
• Model service standards and inspire the team through coaching.
• Provide regular feedback and on‑the‑job training.
• Build guest relationships and a loyal client base.
• Host events, product showcases and premium selling experiences.
• Maintain high standards on shop floor and back‑office operations.
• Support stock control, audits, reporting and loss prevention.
• Collaborate with cruise line partners and brand representatives.
