Harding+ is seeking a French-speaking Retail Sales Associate to join our onboard cruise retail team, selling premium and luxury brands to guests across destinations and creating immersive shopping experiences at sea.

You will live and work on a cruise ship for up to 6 months per contract, develop in-depth product knowledge, exceed sales targets and participate in on-board events. Accommodation and meals are provided, with visas arranged.

Qualifications

• Strong retail background and knowledge of premium or luxury products.
• Fluent in French.
• Excellent face to face customer service and sales ability, utilising strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Motivated and driven to achieve sales targets.
• Proven ability in showcasing luxury items.
• Adaptable to change and able to work in a high-pressure environment.
• A strong team player with goal orientation.

Responsabilités

• Living and working on a cruise ship (you could be anywhere in the world!)
• Creating an exceptional and memorable retail experience for guests on board
• Maximising sales by promoting a quality range of products through a variety of in-store events
• Developing detailed and extensive knowledge of all products as well as the brand culture
• Exceeding sales targets and participating in promotional events such as fashion shows and presentations
