Airbus Operations SAS in Toulouse seeks an Application Manager for SE to lead an IT team in SAFe practices, coordinating with Engineering to deliver enhanced SE tools. You will own end-to-end delivery, from requirement capture to Run Mode support, and ensure alignment with Airbus standards.

The role emphasizes MBSE/PLM integration and collaboration with multiple stakeholders across international teams, based in Toulouse, France.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of IT project management experience in engineering or industrial domains.
• Proficiency with EN.IM framework and SAFe/Agile methodologies.
• Strong understanding of IM architecture and PLM/MBSE concepts.
• Fluent French and English (written and spoken).
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.

Responsabilités

• Act as Application manager of the SE toolset and lead IT team in SAFe practices.
• Collaborate with Engineering business to define features and delivery plans.
• Manage end-to-end delivery, support, and obsolescence roadmap.
• Coordinate with Architects, Owners, and external resources for projects.
• Ensure alignment with Airbus standards and processes (EN.IM).
