Airbus Operations SAS in Toulouse seeks an experienced Release Train Engineer (RTE) to lead the 3DX One-platform Agile Release Train. You will ensure SAFe compliance, track performance, and coordinate with system architects and Product Managers to align strategy with execution across multiple teams and stakeholders.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in IT project management, aeronautical context preferred, and strong English skills for international collaboration.

Qualifications

• Background in IT, IT project management, or aeronautical engineering.
• Strong mastery of the SAFe/Agile framework and IT project management standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication and collaboration in a multicultural environment.

Responsabilités

• Ensure strict application of the SAFe methodology within the Agile Release Train (ART).
• Track ART performance indicators and facilitate Inspect & Adapt rituals.
• Collaborate with system architects and Product Managers to align strategy and execution.
• Identify and remove roadblocks, manage risks, and drive dependencies with other trains.
