  • Enhancing delivery flow and predictability
  • Reducing cross-team dependencies and bottlenecks
  • Driving continuous improvement in a complex, multi-product environment

4.Support Product-Oriented Delivery

Collaborate closely with Product Owners to:

  • Ensure backlog clarity and readiness
  • Maintain a strong focus on delivering business value

When needed, represent the Product Owner or Product Team in discussions related to projects, initiatives, or issue resolution.

Develop a solid understanding of product-specific challenges:

  • UX/UI complexity (Website)
  • Transaction flows (Webshop)Regulatory and data constraints (REMIT)
5.Remove Organizational Impediments

Act beyond team-level support to:

  • Address cross-team and structural impediments
  • Slow decision-making processes
  • Misaligned priorities across teams

Define, track, and leverage key performance indicators such as:

  • Delivery predictability
  • Cycle time
  • Deployment frequency

Use retrospectives as powerful tools for continuous improvement and measure success through:
