A leading global clinical research organization is seeking a Senior Clinical Research Associate to work from home in Lille. The ideal candidate will have a life sciences degree and at least 1-5 years of monitoring experience. Responsibilities include monitoring clinical studies, ensuring compliance with GCP, and managing investigator sites. Fluency in English and French is required. This role offers a full-time position with the possibility of flexible working arrangements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-5 years monitoring experience as CRA in a CRO, Pharma, or Biotech.
• Experience in commercial studies.
• Experience with site initiation and close out.
• Experience in clinical studies phase II-III.

Responsabilités

• Monitor clinical studies in phases II-III.
• Ensure adherence to Good Clinical Practices and compliance.
• Identify, qualify, and initiate investigators and their sites.
• Supervise study conduct according to regulatory requirements.

Job Overview

Key Requirements

• Bachelor degree in life-science
• Min 1/5 year monitoring experience as CRA / Clinical Research Associate within a CRO, Pharma, Biotech in France
• Experience in commercial studies
• Experience with site initiation, site close out
• Experience in clinical studies phase II-III
• Fluent English & French
• Excellent communication skills
• A full clean drivers license
