ixolabs.ai is seeking a scientist-level Python researcher to translate complex workflows into clearly specified tasks and run/debug the Python-based work with scientific rigor. You will describe evaluation metrics without exposing exact thresholds, and revise tasks based on review findings.

Preference for candidates with PhD or research-active master's and experience in simulation, numerical methods, data analysis, or AI-evaluation work.

Qualifications

• PhD or a research-active Master’s with thesis and publications.
• Proficient Python to implement and debug research tasks.
• Experience in data analysis, simulations, or numerical methods is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Turn data-reduction, model-fitting, simulation, instrument-processing, numerical-solver or inverse-problem workflow into a well-specified task.
• Run and debug the Python-based work.
• Describe evaluation metrics without exposing exact thresholds and revise tasks in response to review findings.
• Review or calibrate other scientific tasks within your domain when assigned.
